How to Return an Item

• You will receive instructions for shipping your item. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
• Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds and Exchanges
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of its return); for cancelled orders within 14 days.
• You may opt for store credit or product exchange, depending on item availability.
• Shipping costs (if paid) are refunded only for faulty items or cancelled pre order processing.
• Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for online purchases, provided goods are in original condition and unused.
Processing Timeframes
• Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt; refunds will be issued within 7–14 days of confirmation, depending on your payment provider.
