Returns Window
Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. For faulty or misdescribed products, this right extends for a reasonable period after purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.
Non-refundable items include:
 Damage from user 
 Issues Covered Under Warranty 

How to Return an Item
Contact our support team at [support@urbanscooter.co.uk] with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive instructions for shipping your item. Do not send products back to the manufacturer.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of its return); for cancelled orders within 14 days.
You may opt for store credit or product exchange, depending on item availability.
Shipping costs (if paid) are refunded only for faulty items or cancelled pre order processing. 
Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for online purchases, provided goods are in original condition and unused. 

Processing Timeframes
Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt; refunds will be issued within 7–14 days of confirmation, depending on your payment provider.
